Xiaomi Poco F8 Pro Technical Details
The Poco F8 Pro features a 6.59-inch eye-care AMOLED display with a 2510×1156 resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The display delivers peak brightness of 3500 nits covering 25% of the display area, with HBM brightness of 2000 nits. It supports 12-bit color depth with 68 billion colors, covers the DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and includes HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and wet touch display 2.0. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The Poco F8 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform with a 3nm manufacturing process. It features an octa-core CPU with 2 prime cores up to 4.32GHz and 6 performance cores up to 3.53GHz, paired with an Adreno GPU and Qualcomm AI engine.
The device comes with 12GB RAM (LPDDR5X 9600Mbps) and storage options of 256GB or 512GB (UFS 4.1).
For imaging, the Poco F8 Pro features a triple rear camera setup. The main camera is a 50MP sensor with Light Fusion 800 technology, offering a 2.0μm 4-in-1 super pixel, f/1.88 aperture, 1/1.55″ sensor size, and optical image stabilization (OIS). It includes a 50MP telephoto camera with f/2.2 aperture and 60mm equivalent focal length, plus an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. The front-facing camera is 20MP. Video recording supports 8K at 30fps, 4K at 30/60fps, and 1080p/720p. Rear camera features include portrait mode, pro mode, night mode, macro mode, and various video recording options.
The device houses a 6210mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge fast charging via USB Type-C. It supports up to 22.5W reverse charging.
Security is handled by an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and AI Face Unlock. NFC support is available. The device is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance, with testing conditions including submersion in freshwater up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.
For connectivity, the Poco F8 Pro supports dual SIM. Network support includes 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G. Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 5 are supported with 4×4 MIMO. Bluetooth 5.4 with dual-Bluetooth enables simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices. The device includes GPS, Galileo, Beidou, GLONASS, QZSS, and NavIC positioning.
Audio features symmetrical stereo speakers, a 3-mic array, Hi-Res and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification, Dolby Atmos, and Sound by Bose. The device supports MP3, FLAC, AAC, OGG, WAV, AMR, and AWB audio formats.
The Poco F8 Pro measures 157.49mm in height, 75.25mm in width, and 8.0mm in thickness, weighing 199g. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3.
